Reconstruction News-- 11/2/11

Forum Avatar Gallery
In the works as of tonight is a forum avatar gallery that will contain over 100 preset avatars from the forum's interests and more. At a later date I'll set a time and the forum will be down for a few hours while I place the avatars in the gallery. You'll still be able to use your own avatars, but at the time of their release there will be bonuses to using the base avvies.

In the next news break I'll post a summarized list of the avatars.
